TALK ON SALMONELLA IN POULTRY BY PROF EDIR SILVA, President of WPSA

In the context of the outbreak of salmonella in one hatchery, the World Poultry Science Association organised a talk on Salmonella in Poultry by Prof Edir Silva. Over his entire career his research focus was primarily on salmonellosis as a poultry disease, and on the public health problems associated with it, looking for diagnosis methodologies and control measures. The talk was attended by academic staff of the animal production and food science units among other stakeholders.

Dr D.Sibartie, President of the WSPA. Mauritius

Maurice produit 48,400 tonnes de poulets par an.
