INTERNATIONAL ELEMENTARY CERTIFICATE IN HACCP FOR FOOD MANUFACTURING

The Faculty of Agriculture, University of Mauritius is organising the REHIS International Elementary Certificate in HACCP course, as follows:

Target Audience: Students (Diploma, BSc, MSc, MPhil/PhD) of the Faculty of Agriculture, who wish to acquire basic knowledge on HACCP and principles of Hazard Analysis, and obtain a certificate of achievement awarded by the Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland, by participating in a 6 hour short course and undertaking a 30 minutes examination.
